The deep, unique blue color, accented with gold trim and colorful dot lines in red, green, and orange, makes this plate a striking art piece with a painterly presence. There is a small chip on the rim of the plate. Otherwise, there are no noticeable stains or cracks, and it is in good condition for a vintage item, full of character. Due to the chip, it is being offered at a reduced price as a "slightly flawed" item.
