Terms of Service

Prices are shown in Thai baht, converted at a rate we refresh daily. That rate changes.

The amount we take from your wallet is the same amount shown on the checkout page when you confirm.

The service fee, Japan delivery, international weight charge and any other fee are listed separately at checkout.

Orders are paid from your wallet. You can top up by QR or card.

If you choose the 50% deposit, the remainder is due before we ship your item out of Japan.

Your wallet balance can only be withdrawn to a bank account in your own name.

A confirmed order cannot be cancelled, because we buy from the seller straight away.

If the seller cancels, the item is already sold, or we cannot buy it, we refund the full amount to your wallet.

If the price changes before we can buy, we decline the request and refund you. You are free to order again at the new price.

A refund in your wallet can be spent on your next order immediately, or withdrawn to your bank account.

Refunds to your wallet, and withdrawals to your bank account, are made within 24 hours.

We ship by sea and by air. The charge is based on the weight and size of the parcel.

Any time we quote is an estimate, not a guarantee. Customs and weather can delay a parcel.

Inspection is an optional extra with its own fee. Its terms are shown to you when you choose it.

You earn points when an order completes. Points last one year.

Points can be exchanged for discount coupons. An exchanged coupon lasts 30 days.

Points and coupons have no cash value and cannot be transferred.

We do not buy or ship items that cannot be imported from Japan: alcoholic drinks; corrosive materials such as car batteries; plants, trees and natural rubber; firearms, ammunition and BB guns; compressed gas and flammable substances; cigarettes and e-cigarettes; chemicals and hazardous substances; narcotics and addictive substances of any kind; green tea, powdered or liquid; cars; and living things, animal remains and ivory.

Please keep one account per person, and keep your password and one-time codes to yourself.

We may suspend an account used fraudulently, and we will tell you why.

If we change these terms we will update the date at the top of this page. The terms that apply to your order are the ones in force on the day you placed it.
