Cards ordered through Tama-Chan are bought directly from sellers on Mercari Japan. Before ordering, check the seller rating and read the Thai-translated description to see whether the box is still sealed. Some listings can use Mercari's authenticity check service (only certain categories and listings). Not sure? Ask an admin to take a look.
Will I really get my order? Is Tama-Chan trustworthy?⌄
Tama-Chan operates as Smile NSG Co., Ltd., juristic person registration no. 0105567149114, which you can look up on the Department of Business Development (DBD) website. Over 170,000 orders have been bought and imported for more than 9,000 customers. Every order can be tracked in the system, and if a Japanese seller cancels, the money is refunded to your Wallet automatically. If an order is lost or never arrives, Tama-Chan refunds 100% of the item price.
Can I buy a whole box, a single pack or one card?⌄
You can order cards from Japan as a whole box, single packs or single cards. There is no minimum order, and shipping is charged by actual weight from 100 g.
Can I order a set that has just been released in Japan?⌄
A set that has just come out in Japan can be ordered through Tama-Chan as soon as someone lists it on Mercari, and air shipping reaches Thailand in 4–7 days.
What if the seller cancels the order?⌄
If the Japanese seller cancels the order, the item price is refunded to your Tama-Chan Wallet automatically, with no need to contact an admin.
