Check your order status on Tama-Chan
Ordered something and want to know where it is? Check it yourself on the site: the status, the sea or air round, and anything still owed. Just follow the screenshots.
Everything you ordered through Tama-Chan or sent with parcel forwarding shows its progress on one page, so there is no need to ask an admin item by item.
Open the status page

Open “Check Delivery Status”
Two ways in:
- “My Items” > “Check Delivery Status” in the top menu
- The “Check Item Status” icon on your dashboard
Find the item

Pick the “Normal” or “Send Only” tab
Items Tama-Chan ordered for you are on the Normal tab; items you bought yourself and forwarded to Thailand are on the Send Only tab. The number in brackets is how many items each holds.

Narrow the list
- Tick “Show unpaid items only” to see only what still needs paying
- Round: show sea or air only
- Open the “All” box and pick the date of a sea or air round
- Date: pick a range of order dates
Read the status and what you owe

The status is in each item's top-right corner
Under the item name are the price, the order date and the sea or air round. A “-” there means the item is not in a round yet.

Tap the arrow on the left to see the costs
You will see the item price, Japan domestic shipping, the yen rate, the purchase fee and shipping to Thailand. The “Total unpaid” line is what is still owed on that item.

See the total owed in the bar at the bottom
The “Total outstanding balance” bar along the bottom of the screen adds up what is still owed across all your items.
Frequently asked questions
If the seller cancels the order, the amount is refunded to your Wallet automatically.
Shipping to Thailand is charged on actual weight. The amount appears once the item is weighed at our Japan warehouse, and you pay it when you confirm shipping.
